Purpose: A 'How-To' for Verizon Internet subscribers who would like to create and allocate web space to Sub-Accounts

When you sign up for Verizon Internet service, you receive one Primary Account and up to nine Sub-Accounts for family or friends. You also recieve a certain amount of web space that can be divided among the Primary and Sub-Accounts. This VO script describes how to set this up. Script backs up my Captivate visuals.

HOME NETWORKING TUTORIAL

Purpose: A 'How-To' for Verizon Internet subscribers who want to build a network in their home

Many times a customer is challenged by the steps required in properly setting up and securing their home network. After meeting with Verizon's Help and Support team, I was tasked with writing and producing this customer-facing tutorial. This segment of the tutorial (one of several) was helpful in walking the customer through the steps involved in properly configuring their wireless router for network security.

VERIZON ONLINE BACKUP & SHARING

Purpose: Promote the benefits and features of Verizon Online Backup & Sharing

Verizon Online Backup & Sharing is one of the best selling software packages of the Verizon suite of value added products. I met with the Product Manager, and his team, to decide on the best way to announce the new package. We settled on a brief Product Overview - a Flash presentation that I would write and produce. Here's an excerpt from my final script:

One of my regular freelance clients was the southeast regional office of Weyerhaeuser, the Paper Pulp Division. Here is a script excerpt from a Customer Orientation video that I wrote and produced. Customers were assumed to be familar with the process, so you may find used some unfamilar terms.
