CONTRIBUTION:

Along with the modem that was sent to the customer, there was also sent a CD which walked the customer through the instalation process. For the next generation of modem installation CDs, the project manager wanted to see a prototype of the modem install presentation utilizing video. For this presentation, I wrote a short script, recorded and edited the voice over, shot and edited a short video segment (Final Cut Pro) and created the Flash container. This led to further use of video in various tutorials and other customer facing presentations.
